Quaint and absolutely charming place with very friendly employees with good services. A wide array of options, tasty food. Modern rooms, thematically designed in the nice style. Location not far from train / bus stop, the central railway station and town centre and the imposing medieval fortress. Plus, walking distance to Slipstream Sculpture.

lots of food at breakfast like tea and coffee. we were moved to a superior king room and had cable channels, a seating area and a writing desk. near to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. walking distance to wongs, where you can have lunch.

This hotel is very centrally located, right in the heart of the city. It's so convenient to be able to walk everywhere without needing to take public transportation. The staff is really friendly and attentive, making sure that all our needs were met during our stay. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with everything we needed including a balcony and ample hot water. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options.
The only thing I think could be improved is the interior decoration of the hotel. With a few minor updates, it could have a much nicer and classier feel.
